FAQ
Questions property management teams ask before changing their intake workflow
Another question? jeremie@cleia.io
Human role and control
Does Cleia replace property managers?
No. Cleia prepares information, completion requests, and follow-ups. Your team retains the client relationship, professional judgment, and responsibility for every sensitive decision.
Does Cleia make decisions automatically?
No. Your team defines the approval points. Cleia prepares the next step, while sensitive decisions remain subject to human review.
Does Cleia send follow-ups automatically?
Cleia prepares the follow-up. Approval and sending rules are defined around your team's process, so you retain control over what is sent and when.
Assessment and fit
Will we need to replace our current software?
The goal is to work with your existing tools and processes, not replace them. The workflow assessment checks the technical and operational fit before any implementation is considered.
What do you review during the assessment?
We review your intake channels, common request types, recurring missing information, follow-up patterns, approval points, and the tools involved in the process.
What happens after the assessment?
Nothing unless you choose to continue. There is no automatic implementation, contract, or required next step.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. It takes approximately 30 minutes, requires no software setup, and carries no obligation to continue.
Data protection
How is assessment data protected?
The details sent through the assessment form are used only to get back to you about the assessment. They are neither sold, transferred, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes, are kept for three years after your last contact, and can be deleted at any time on request to jeremie@cleia.io. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
